It seemed like only yesterday I was frantically opening my decorated shoebox on Valentine’s Day in my third grade class, scarfing down sweethearts and M&Ms, and examining every little note from each classmate, hoping to find a valentine with the words “I love you, will you marry me?” from that cute boy that sat on the third row. Man, was he dreamy.

Most of you know what I’m talking about… those beloved Valentine’s Day classroom parties full of heart-shaped candy, love notes, and hyper-active kids on sugar highs. Those were the DAYS. But seriously, I have some sweet memories of me and my mom picking out little cards and candies at the store, packaging them up in baggies with curling ribbon, and passing them out to all my friends at school.

Well, I’ve put together a little gift for you, and I had so much fun designing these unconventional classroom valentine printables. Moms, you can print them for your kiddos to pass out at school. And for those of you who don’t have kids, no sweat! Print some out anyway and pass them out to coworkers, your family members, your small group, or your friends. These aren’t too “kiddish” and are versatile enough for all ages. There are three different color schemes (since boys usually don’t like pink!), so either print out all colors or just your favorite ones. Each valentine is 3″x4″.

Go to the home page (widget won’t show up if you are clicked on an individual post). See that box up there on the right that says “flash widget”? Just scroll through the printables, click on the small blue arrow next to the one you want, then download as many as you want. Print on white card stock, cut them out, and fill in with the name of who the card is from. Piece of cake.

And for those of you wondering if I ever got that proposal, well… no, I didn’t. But I think it’s pretty obvious everything turned out ok 😉

Happy Valentine’s Day, everyone!

We love, because He first loved us.”   – 1 John 4:19
